After the preliminary meeting, in the first session of Digital Transformation Workshop, we focused completely on identifying the right problem of the business you need to solve with a web portal or a mobile app (Never in the first session we focus on solutions).

After we define the problem to solve we need to understand how the final users that are going to use our digital solution thinks, what they want and what definitely they do not want

This will help us to define the KPI (Key Performance Indicators) of the project, so then we can continuously validate the results of the digital solution according to them.

After we define the problem to solve and who are the users that are going to use our digital solution, we now can have an idea about the estimated budget of all the digital solutions (Web portals or mobiles app) that can help us to solve the problem and also have an idea how many time it will take each of them solve it

Of course we are not looking for a digital solutions with a big costs if the return on the investment will be less, so that is important to define all the return on the investment the digital solution will have (Monetary, customer sact, providers relationship, etc).

We have to have a continuous validation of the results, in this new digital era we need to verify the results in the closest time to the real time that the budget allows, so that you can make or change to the correct strategy decision for your business, in the shortest possible time.

Every second is money for your business, so when we are in the process of digital transformation we have to leave those things that are working for your business model and very quick very remove the other ones that do not give the results expected.
